SUP is one of the easiest and most accessible water sports to learn. Most people can stand up and paddle confidently within 10–15 minutes of instruction. It’s also a fantastic full-body workout and a relaxing way to explore the coastline. If you do not want to stand, you can always paddle while sitting or kneeling.
We always recommend basic swimming ability for water activities, but we provide life jackets and stay in calm, safe waters. If you’re a non-swimmer, let us know — we’ll make sure your experience is safe and enjoyable.
