Yes — it’s considered one of the safest wind sports because there are no lines, no harness, and the wing is easy to control and release if needed. Our lessons are structured to keep you safe while building your confidence step by step.

Wing foiling is accessible to most people with a basic level of fitness. It’s more about balance and technique than strength — the wing is light and easy to maneuver.
We typically recommend wing foiling from around 12 years old and up, depending on weight, strength, and water confidence. There’s no upper age limit — if you’re active and adventurous, you can do it!
Wing foiling is lighter, simpler, and more mobile than windsurfing and doesn’t require lines or a harness like kitesurfing. It’s easy to set up, safe, and super versatile — perfect for exploring new spots or cruising in variable wind.
